Q. How do I set up my store?

A. You can set your store by clicking on sign-up or open a store link at the top of the homepage and by completing all of the fields. We have included a video on our homepage to guide you through the process of setting up your store.

Q. Do you offer samples?

A. As a store owner you can purchase hair at the wholesale price by logging on to your dashboard and clicking on the green “place order” button.

Q. Does isthatyourhair take a commission on each sale?

A. No, we do not take a commission on the product sales. When you receive an order you pay the wholesale price and you keep all of the profit. Certain plans like the Ruby and Diamond plans allow you to adjust the retail price of the hair sold on your site, which give you the ability to increase the potential amount of profit.  

Q. What do I do when I receive an order?

A. A. When you receive an order we will process the order for you and ship the product to your customer. There is nothing for you to do when the order comes in. You will be paid your profit from the sale at the end of each week. 

Q. How long does it take to receive the order once it has been submitted?

A.  It typically takes 3 to 5 days for your customer to receive their order once it has been submitted. We can ship hair anywhere DHL or FedEx operates.  

Q. What kind of hair do you offer?

A. We offer five (5) different kinds of hair: Brazilian, Cambodian, Indian, Malaysian and Peruvian. We also offer the following styles: Body Wave, Curly, Deep Wave, Straight, Loose Wave and Natural Wave.

Q. How can I create a coupon?

A. If you have the Ruby or the Diamond plan you can offer coupons to your customers.  To create a coupon log into your store and click on the shopping cart icon in the pink ribbon at the bottom of the page.

Then click on the create coupon button:

Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We can ship products all over the world and the delivery can take 3 to 5 days.

Q. How can I change my membership?

A. At the top of the screen click on the “My Account” dropdown and click on membership. Then you will have the option to upgrade, change or cancel your membership.
